It all started when…

For over 25 years I have worked as a chef and have been lucky to work at and learn from some of the worlds finest restaurants and hospitality outlets. I have also worked along side some amazing chefs where I have learnt some amazing tips, tricks and knowledge which I would love to teach and pass on. I have decided to pass this knowledge on by creating in home masterclasses where you can learn anything your heart desires. Lets go on a food journey together
