Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie

serves 12 people

  • 300g 72% dark chocolate

  • 300g brown sugar

  • 150g butter

  • 4 eggs

  • 120g sour cream

  • 150g almond meal or gf plain flour

method

collect all the ingredients before you start

  1. pour a few inches of water into the pot. Fit the bowl over the pot, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Heat the water to a simmer.

  2. melt chocolate and butter in the bowl until stirring until combined

  3. then remove from heat

  4. then add the remaining ingredients mix until smooh

  5. add to a lined 20cm x 20cm brownie tin

  6. cook @ 150 for 45 mins

  7. cool and slice

FUDGE SAUCE

  1. in a thick bottom pot boil 100g caster sugar with 50ml water until light caramel

  2. take off the heat add 200g dark chocolate 100ml cream

  3. return to a medium heat and whisk until ingredients are combined
