Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie
ingredients
serves 12 people
300g 72% dark chocolate
300g brown sugar
150g butter
4 eggs
120g sour cream
150g almond meal or gf plain flour
method
collect all the ingredients before you start
pour a few inches of water into the pot. Fit the bowl over the pot, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Heat the water to a simmer.
melt chocolate and butter in the bowl until stirring until combined
then remove from heat
then add the remaining ingredients mix until smooh
add to a lined 20cm x 20cm brownie tin
cook @ 150 for 45 mins
cool and slice
FUDGE SAUCE
in a thick bottom pot boil 100g caster sugar with 50ml water until light caramel
take off the heat add 200g dark chocolate 100ml cream
return to a medium heat and whisk until ingredients are combined
